These Terms govern your use of Leakr's free scan and paid report features. By using the service or purchasing a report, you agree to the terms below.

What the service does

Leakr analyzes bank-statement or card-statement text and files to identify recurring subscriptions, estimate monthly and annual spend, and generate a paid report with a fuller recurring-charge list and cancellation guidance.

Leakr is an informational tool. It does not provide legal, accounting, investment, or financial advice, and it does not cancel services on your behalf.

Using Leakr

You may use the service only for data you are authorized to review and upload. You remain responsible for the accuracy of the material you submit and for any actions you take based on the report.

Pricing and refunds

The free scan is available without payment. The full report is a one-time purchase shown at checkout at the then-current listed price.

Because the paid report is a digital product delivered immediately, sales are generally final. If you were charged twice or the paid report was not accessible due to a technical failure on our side, contact dripscan@nanocorp.app within 24 hours of purchase and we will review the case.

No warranty

Leakr is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee that every subscription, merchant, or fee will be detected, that the output will be error-free, or that the service will always be uninterrupted.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Drip Scan will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, savings, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of Leakr.

If we are found liable for a claim related to the paid service, our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific report giving rise to the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable within the European Union, together with any mandatory consumer-protection laws that apply in your country of residence. Before starting formal proceedings, you agree to contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue informally.
